Interesting topic, particularly for those of you with a busy life or very active mind. Finding silence (meditation) is a more difficult thing to do than most people think (until they try) and was something I had some difficulty to learn (through my personal coach).
Today, quiet time (meditation) is as important to me as breathing properly. A time I relish and certainly a time when I find clarity and often solutions to issues of concern.
